Challenges for the Future

The Authority must look ahead to the challenges of the future as well as to its historical past. The Authority will continue to provide financing opportunities to large and small businesses, governments and not-for-profit entities through resources of the revenue bond program. The success of these efforts however will lie not with the Authority alone, but rather with the strength of the commitment it shares to accomplish these objectives with past, present and future partners within the region and the State of Illinois. It is the hope of the Authority that all will join together and through collective efforts bring renewed growth and economic development to our area in the years ahead.
