Whitey's Ice Cream Mfg., Inc, is a manufacturer of Ice Cream and Frozen Yogurt. They presently employ approx. 170 in a 13,400 sq. ft.. manufacturing facility on 41st street in Moline, Illinois. The firm was founded in 1933 by Chester Lindgren. QCREDA issued a $2 million bond for the expansion of their Ice Cream manufacturing facility in Moline. The improvements included a new freezer, dock, corridor, storage and mechanical. The project will create an additional 10 jobs.
